These Terms of Service govern your use of the Noriel mobile application and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using Noriel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
About Noriel
Noriel is a digital tool designed to help parents track and manage their child’s daily activities such as feeding, sleep, diaper changes, pumping, growth records, health notes, play activity, and personal diary entries.
Noriel is intended for use by parents and legal guardians for personal, non commercial purposes.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the application, or using any features of Noriel, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and agree to comply with them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the application.
User Accounts
To use certain features of Noriel, you may need to create an account using your email address or other authentication methods.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.
Use of the Service
You agree to use Noriel only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to:
• use the application for illegal activities
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or other users’ accounts
• interfere with the functionality or security of the application
• copy, distribute, or modify any part of the application without permission
Noriel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
User Content
Noriel allows users to store information related to their child’s activities, including logs, notes, and personal records.
You retain ownership of the information you enter into the application.
By using the service, you grant Noriel permission to store and process this information solely for the purpose of operating and improving the application.
Noriel does not claim ownership of your data.
AI Assisted Features
Noriel may provide AI assisted tools that allow users to log activities using voice or text input.
These features are designed to help automate data entry within the application.
AI generated outputs may not always be accurate and should not be considered professional medical advice.
Users remain responsible for reviewing and confirming any information stored in the application.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of Noriel may require a paid subscription.
Noriel may offer the following subscription plans:
• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
Noriel does not provide refunds directly. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
Subscription prices and available plans may change in the future.
