Account Deletion Policy

Effective date: 2026-07-22

Overview

Noriel respects your control over your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and the data associated with it.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion at any time.

To delete your account:

  1. Send an email request to
    support@noriel.app

  2. Include the email address associated with your Noriel account.

  3. Write "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

Our team will process your request and permanently delete your account and associated personal data.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following information will be permanently removed:

• your account information
• your email address
• child activity logs such as feeding, sleep, diaper changes, pumping records, growth data, health notes, and play activity records
• personal diary entries and notes
• stored preferences related to your account

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription

These are two different things, and deleting one does not affect the other.

Your subscription belongs to your Apple account, not to your Noriel account. If you delete your Noriel account without cancelling, Apple will continue to charge you.

To cancel:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone

  2. Tap your name at the top

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Select Noriel and tap Cancel Subscription

We recommend cancelling first, and deleting your account afterwards.

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we cannot issue them directly.

If you share tracking with other people

If you invited a partner or a caregiver, deleting your account also ends their access to the children and records you own — that data belongs to your account and is deleted with it.

If instead you were invited into somebody else’s family, deleting your account removes you from it and does not delete their data.

Records that other members created inside your family are deleted along with the family, because they describe your children.

If you want another adult to keep the history, export it and send it to them before deleting.

Data Retention

After receiving a deletion request, your account and associated personal data will be removed within a reasonable time period.

Some limited technical records may be retained temporarily for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes.

Important Notes

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

After deletion, you will lose access to all information stored in Noriel.
